We have partnered with Australia Post & DHL Express to provide you with the best delivery experience possible.
Temporary change to same day dispatch. Previously: Orders placed prior to 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be posted the next business day.
Currently: Orders placed before 6pm (AEST) will be dispatched next business day.
Orders containing adhesives will not be shipped on a Friday or prior to public holidays due to the sensitivity of the products. We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays).
Domestic orders (Australia)
All domestic orders are being shipped via Australia Post.

Lost, Misplaced or Stolen Parcels
Once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post, Sydney Lash Pro is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels. You can lodge an enquiry into missing parcels with your respective courier.
International Orders
We now ship to New Zealand, United States & Canada with our partners DHL or Australia Post, in conjunction with their respective local international partner.
Shipping rates vary depending on what country we are shipping to and the weight of the package. The cost will display during checkout once your products and address has been input.

Taxes and Duties
Please note Sydney Lash Pro is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you need more information, please contact your local postal or customs office. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
