RETURNS

  • Timing: we have a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy which commences on the day you received the item.

  • If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.

  • For returns, send a message on our contact page or an email to info@sydneylashpro.com.au with the subject 'Returns'. Please include the following: Your order number and reason for the return. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or adhesives, cosmetics, or the like (for sanitary reasons).

  • To be eligible for a return under our Change of Mind Policy, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned to us at your own cost.

  • To return damaged or faulty goods, please attach a photo evidencing any faults with the item you received.
